MUD Districts and the Right Disclosure

Course covers history and legal requirements of disclosure related to Municipal Utility Districts or MUD’s. Agents will learn how to discern whether a property lies completely within a municipality, within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of a municipality, or in an unincorporated area. This will help them choose the appropriate disclosure for the transaction and how to correctly complete it.
