This course is designed for residential agents to obtain a better understanding of the new home sales market and new home sales transactions. In this class, agents will become familiar with the expected construction knowledge that will be required to complete a new home sale including the difference between a custom home builder and a productions builder. This class will also explain the roles of both the agent and the builder sales representative, requirements when referring builders to your clients, agent commissions, and the inspection process.
