Is that property a condo or a 1-4 family residence?” If you’ve ever asked yourself any of these questions this is your chance to get it straight in your head once and for all. In this course you will familiarize yourself with the forms available for use by license holders. After attending this course, you will be better prepared to select and utilized the correct forms in your transactions.
