Communication and negotiation go hand-in-hand. In this class, you will gain a better understanding of basic communication styles and how they apply to negotiating. You will also learn the characteristics of a good negotiator, the importance of strong negotiating skills, how to handle objections and overall techniques to create negotiating scenarios that help create harmony in your transactions.
