**TREC Approved Contract Related Class**

When a property is in a HOA there are many things that buyers and sellers must consider. Agents must be educated on all things HOA! This class will cover HOA vocabulary, the HOA addendum, the HOA elements of the condo contract, and best practices for transactions involving HOAs.

Invoices for CE credit will be sent after class and can be paid online with a credit or debit card.
