This course takes the comparative market analysis (CMA) beyond the typical sold data and into a more complex pricing strategy. You will learn how to exam optimal market entry price, estimate the value of unique features, make proper price adjustments, and properly evaluate the active competition. In the second half of this comprehensive CMA course, you will perfect your presentation techniques so you will be able to clearly illustrate the pricing objectives in your detailed CMA.
