This course is designed to prepare students for entry into the commercial real estate field by learning how to assess the merits of investment property, developing an understanding the consequences of sale and how to develop an exit strategy, identify appropriate contract forms and addenda and when to use them, and how to develop a business plan based on self-awareness.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: You must request a refund for class fees in writing, at least two days prior to the class start date. If your request for a refund is less than two days prior to the class start date, you will be charged a $10.00 administration fee for CE classes. SAE/Qualifying Classes – $25.00.No-shows, day-of, or post-class start date refund requests will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Bundled classes are not refundable.
