This course isrequired for Texas real estate license renewalsand covers the new2026-2027 content, including rule and law changes from the89th Legislative Session. REALTORS® are also required to complete Fair Housing/Anti-Bias training every 3 years, in addition to the Code of Ethics training due byDecember 31, 2027. This course satisfies the Fair Housing requirement.
