The course will cover how they are acquired (purchased or leased), how they work, maintenance and upkeep, warranty, break-even point and more. | When listing a property with solar panels, do they add value? How is the value calculated? What is a buyer willing to pay for them? What do appraisers say? What do solar sales people say? Or solar companies? What do roofers say? How are they conveyed? Does the warranty transfer? Let’s talk about this and get answers to your solar panel questions. | Jodi started in real estate when she was 24 years old. Her first six years were spent in commercial property management and real estate development. Jodi made the switch to residential real estate and was with Keller Williams Realty. After earning her broker’s license Jodi went out on her own and started a boutique brokerage. She had the brokerage for about 15 years and now is back to being an independent broker. Teaching and training her agents is what led her to teach. Jodi has been teaching since 2016 and teaches full time. She has taught all over Texas and teaches online as well as in person.
