The Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) is dedicated to promoting the practice and professionalism of sales & marketing in the home building industry. This council is affiliated with councils across the country and is a local council of the National Sales & Marketing Council at NAHB. This group also helps plan HBA’s annual Marketing & Advertising EXcellence (MAX) Awards and education programming dedicated to sales and marketing topics within the home building industry.
